Wish Upon A Seastar is a dog friendly, no smoking home located in Seabrook, a town within Pacific Beach on the coast of Washington. This home is conveniently located along Crescent Park which hosts the indoor swimming pool, the lawn for sports and events, community fire pits, as well as games such as horseshoes and shuffleboard. Wish Upon A Seastar is a quick walk to the Dog Park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, the Playground, Town Center and of course, the beach! Just a 10 minute walk gets you to the Seabrook Trails for mountain biking or hiking and the outdoor pool.
There are three levels in this house. The first floor hosts the gourmet kitchen and dining area with a table to seat 10 and an kitchen island that seats 4. There is a comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen tv and dvd player. The laundry room and 1/2 bathroom are right off the back door which is convenient for coming in from the hot tub or beach. (Note decor, bedding, and some furnture/appliances may change over time from the photos.)
The second floor has three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There is a full-size bathroom in the hallway.
The third floor is a bunk/media room. There are three bunk beds and a sofa that has a queen pullout bed. The media area has a tv and a dvd player. There is a 3/4 bath on this floor.
The outdoor amenities of the home are not to be missed. There is a comfortable front porch with Adirondack chairs. The side porch has a picnic table and gas grill. The back yard hosts a fire pit and the side yard has a hot tub for 6.
